Welcome to the UC-Reseller Support Desk.

Our support desk is monitored 24/7. However, only urgent tickets will be responded to outside normal business hours. Normal Business Hours are Monday to Friday, excluding Public and Bank Holidays, from 9 AM to 5 PM.

Our Status Page can be found on our website. You should also ensure that you have our Business Whatsapp number saved in your contacts, as we will use this during maintenance and for communicating during events to keep you informed.
